Dr. Tusso's Adventures

Making exam preparation fun!

Headquartered in the UK and with operations worldwide, GlaxoSmithKline is one of the the world’s leading research-based pharmaceutical and healthcare companies.

GlaxoSmithKline in cooperation with MagiClick decided to create an online portal that help intern doctors prepare for the bi-yearly national medical specialization exam (TUS). MagiClick created a dynamic online testing portal based on more than 35,000 exam questions and a game that helps doctors have some fun while still preparing for the exam.


Dr. Tusso’s Adventures was designed as a four-level platform based adventure game where the player is assigned to collect the thee question mark icons on each level. The game allows TusOnline.Com’s registered users’ to concentrate on individual sections of the exam by letting them choose the question topics.

Dr. Tusso’s Adventures is a great example of how games can be used in an educational context. In the two years since its launched the game has been played over 50,000 times!
